Sector / People transport

Put safety, punctuality and responsible driving at the heart of the fleet.

When you transport people, every event, a sudden braking, a delay, a breakdown, must be read with context and responsibility. Zenit connects video, position, driving behaviour and maintenance in a single reading of the service, without managing ticketing or shifts.

  • Contextual safetyVideo and vehicle data help understand events without replacing human evaluation.
  • Clear operationLocation, punctuality and maintenance remain legible for those who coordinate the service.

Operational problems

When transporting people, every event must be read with responsibility and context.

Punctuality and safety depend on drivers, vehicles, guidance, maintenance and operational visibility.

Passenger safety

Events must be analyzed without promising absolute prevention or zero risk.

Driving behaviour

Acceleration, braking, style and context require clear data and policies.

Punctuality of service

Position, stops and delays must be legible for those coordinating.

Critical maintenance

An unavailable vehicle affects continuity, perceived safety and service.

Video to govern

Access, purpose and privacy must be carefully controlled.

Consumption and use

kilometres, fuel and idle time remain operational levers also in people transport.

Relevant Zenit solutions

The priority is to balance operational control and safety.

GPS, video, vehicle data and reporting help to read the fleet without introducing systems that are not present.

Before and after

From checking a single episode to continuous reading of the service.

Zenit helps to relate events, driving and vehicle status.

Before

  • 1

    Event reconstructed late

A complaint or incident is analyzed with incomplete information.

  • 2

    Driving behaviour without clear evidence

behaviours and risks are discussed without consistent data.

  • 3

    Separate maintenance

State of the vehicle and service do not always communicate in the operational process.

With Zenit

  • 1

    Context available

Video, location and vehicle data aid prudent reconstruction.

  • 2

    More concrete coaching

Events can fuel conversations about guidance and policy.

  • 3

    Monitored service

Punctuality, vehicles and maintenance remain in the same framework.

Economic and organizational impact

The value is to give context to safety and continuity of service.

The impact is measured on events, maintenance, driving, consumption and reports, without attributing the automatic prevention of accidents to the software.

Safety

Events and videos help analysis and coaching, within the limits of the activated modules.

Punctuality

Position and stops support coordination and operational responses.

Maintenance

Vehicle and usage data help reduce subsequent decisions.

Privacy governance

Video and data require controlled access and clear policies.

  1. 01

    Observe

    Location, events and vehicle status.

  2. 02

    Contextualize

    Video, guide, safety and maintenance.

  3. 03

    It gets better

Data-backed processes and coaching, with human evaluation.

coverage

With passengers on board the border must be written, not left to be guessed

Transporting people changes two things: what you can promise about safety, and what you can do with data.

We do not do ticketing or shift planning

Travel tickets, validation, obliteration, service hours and staff shifts do not pass through Zenit. They are systems that the transport company already has and which solve a different problem. Zenit is on the vehicle: where it is, how it is driven, what condition it is in and when it needs maintenance.

Safety is not guaranteed, it is documented

No device eliminates accidents, and anyone who suggests it is selling peace of mind instead of tools. What the system does is make an event reconstructable - what happened, where, at what speed, with what maneuver - and allows the comparison with the driver to start from a fact rather than an impression. It's a lot, but it's a different thing from prevention.

Regarding driver data, the decision is a corporate one and must be made first

On-board video and driving data concern identifiable people at work. Purpose, retention times, who can access and what can be done with the data in disciplinary proceedings are decisions that the company takes with those who deal with it - legal, HR, representatives - and which must be taken before installation, not at the first dispute.

  • Access to videos limited by role, with tracking of who watched what
  • Retention times configurable on the period that the company has established
  • The data remains with the company: Zenit does not use it for anything else
FAQ

Frequently asked questions for passenger transport.

Answers on the boundaries between safety, video, privacy and fleet management.

Does Zenit include ticketing or driver shift planning?

No. The page focuses on Fleet Intelligence, tracking, safety, vehicle data, maintenance and reporting. It does not promise ticketing or shifts.

Can the dashcam help in passenger safety?

It can add video context to relevant events and support analysis and coaching. It does not guarantee the absence of accidents and must be configured respecting privacy and controlled access.

Can driving behaviour be analysed?

Vehicle data, events and videos can help understand behaviours and risks, within the limits of the activated modules and company policies.

How should privacy for videos and driver data be managed?

The page does not replace legal assessments or in-house policies. Access, purpose and storage of data must be defined by the company with its own privacy references.
