How does the assistance work?
Support is included and available channels are described on the Support page. This page does not declare response times: a service level only makes sense if it is contractual, and a number written on a site without a contract underneath does not bind anyone and does not help those who read it. If you need guaranteed times, this is a clause that needs to be agreed upon and put in writing.
Do you need a long-term contract?
