Site Terms and Conditions
By using the site you accept these rules to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection regulations prevail over any incompatible provisions.
1. Website operator and contact details
The site is managed by ORBITA S.R.L., Piazza San Pasquale 48, Palazzo Acquaviva, 80121 Naples (NA), VAT number IT10831001218, REA NA-1135234, share capital of €20,000.00, of which €5,000.00 paid up, certified email (PEC): orbitaholding@pec.it. Zenit Telematics is the brand used to present the services. Legal communications may be sent by certified email (PEC) or to the registered-office address.
2. Purpose and coverage
The public site allows you to consult information on Zenit Telematics, use an indicative ROI calculator and send contact or demo requests. These conditions do not regulate access to the operating platform on app.zenittelematics.com, which requires credentials and a separate contract between ORBITA S.R.L. and the customer.
The public site does not offer account registration, social authentication, orders, cart, checkout, payments, renewals, or subscriptions that can be purchased online. Sending a form does not constitute an order, acceptance of an offer, conclusion of a contract or commitment to provide the service.
3. Requirements and correct use
You can browse freely. The forms are intended for people acting professionally or on behalf of an organisation who are authorised to provide the data entered. The site does not verify age and is intended for business users, not minors.
- Provide true, up-to-date, relevant and non-misleading information.
- Do not enter any particular data, credentials, documents, driver data or unnecessary third party information.
- Do not attempt to circumvent Turnstile, rate limits, security controls or technical limits.
- Do not use the site for malware, abusive scraping, overloading, unauthorized access, fraud, spam or illegal activity.
- Do not systematically copy databases, content or components or use trademarks and materials in a way that suggests a non-existent affiliation.
4. Requests, communications and accounts
If you send a request, you are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details and the content. Zenit may not process incomplete, duplicate, abusive, illicit or technically undelivered requests. The site does not create an account; therefore there are no public site credentials to guard. Rules, service levels, authorised users and security of the customer platform are defined in the relevant contract.
5. ROI calculator and informative content
The calculator applies predefined assumptions and formulas to the values entered and returns a purely indicative range. The result is not an offer, a quote, a savings promise, financial or tax advice or a performance guarantee. Actual results depend on, among other things, fleet, deployment, costs, configuration, available data and operational conduct. Verify the information yourself before making economic decisions.
We strive to keep the content accurate and up-to-date, but technical information, availability and features may change. A binding commercial proposal exists only when it is formulated and accepted according to the conditions expressed in the relevant document.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the structure, texts, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, images, videos and other contents of the site belong to ORBITA S.R.L. or are used under license and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Consultation and reproduction of short extracts for personal or in-house use is permitted, with indication of the source and without changing the meaning. Any commercial use, publication, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or concession to third parties requires prior written authorisation, except as strictly permitted by law. Third party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third Party Links and Services
The site may link to external pages, including the customer platform, regulatory documentation and supplier sites. ORBITA S.R.L. does not control the content, continuity or policies of third party sites and linking does not imply endorsement. When you use an external service, the conditions and information of the relevant operator also apply.
8. Availability and limitations of liability
The site is provided with reasonable maintenance and security measures, but may be suspended or modified due to updates, accidents, force majeure or third party causes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORBITA S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on indicative estimates, non-contractual contents or temporary unavailability.
No clause excludes or limits liability when this is prohibited by law, in particular for willful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of mandatory obligations and mandatory rights of the consumer. For professional users, any liability relating to the purchased service remains governed by the separate contract.
9. Consumers, sales and right of withdrawal
The site is oriented towards the B2B market and does not allow the conclusion of remote sales contracts or subscriptions. A contact or demo form does not create a purchase; therefore, submitting a form does not start the 14-day withdrawal period under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code.
If ORBITA S.R.L. concludes a contract with a consumer remotely, the mandatory information on price, duration, payment, execution, legal guarantee and withdrawal will be provided before the consumer is bound. The consumer will retain the right to withdraw within 14 days when applicable, with the exceptions and rules of Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. These rights may not be reduced by these terms.
10. Digital Services Act
The public site presents its own content and receives private requests; does not host or disseminate content uploaded by users to the public and does not constitute a marketplace or online platform. For these functions, the procedures established by the Digital Services Act for intermediary service providers do not apply. Any introduction of reviews, public content, marketplaces or hosting services will be evaluated according to applicable legislation.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights due to the user under the law of his country. For disputes with professional users, the Court of Naples has exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing or mandatory jurisdiction. If the user is a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile is competent pursuant to the Consumer Code.
12. ADR and ODR
A consumer may resort to recognised alternative consumer dispute resolution (ADR) bodies, according to the applicable requirements. For information and the list of organisations, consult the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
The European ODR platform is no longer operational: Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the ODR Regulation with effect from 20 July 2025. For this reason, the previous link to the platform is not included, which would be misleading.
13. Modifications, validity and contacts
We may update these conditions for changes to the site, services or law. The version applicable to navigation is the one published with the relevant date; modifications to an already concluded contract instead follow the contract and the law. The possible invalidity of one clause does not affect the others. Failure to immediately apply a provision does not constitute a waiver.
