Are APIs included in all plans?
Access to the APIs is part of the commercial coverage and is defined together with the activated modules. If integration with your systems is one of the reasons why you are evaluating Zenit, it is the first point to put on the table: knowing first what is included avoids finding out during the activation phase, when changing supplier is already expensive.
Is there a test environment?
The test methods are agreed with a technical contact person before integration. Bringing into that conversation the systems that need to receive the data and the format they expect is the quickest way to figure out if the connection holds.
