You choose whether to allow analytical measurement.
The necessary tools remain active; Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after consent. Here you will find the purpose, duration and management methods of cookies and similar technologies.

Information on the use of cookies and similar technologies
This page concerns the public site. The customer platform on app.zenittelematics.com may use different tools and is subject to separate disclosures.
1. What are cookies and storage
Cookies are small text files that a site saves in your browser and reads during your visit or on subsequent visits. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser storage mechanisms with a similar purpose: the former can remain beyond the session, while the latter normally ends when the tab or session is closed. For clarity, this policy covers cookies and similar technologies together under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
2. How we classify them
- Technical or strictly necessary: they serve to provide a requested function, remember a choice or protect forms. They do not require prior consent, but must be described.
- Analytics: Measure pages, campaigns and performance. On the GA4 site it is not equated to a technical tool and is activated only after consent.
- Profiling or marketing: they follow behaviour for personalised advertising or audiences. The site does not use this category.
- Third parties: they are managed by a person other than the data controller of the site. Turnstile and, after consent, Google Analytics involve contact with third-party suppliers.
3. Actual inventory
The inventory describes the tools used by the site to remember preferences, protect forms and, only with consent, measure navigation. Third-party providers may update the technical characteristics and retention periods of their tools; this page is updated when relevant configurations change.
| Name | Provider and type | Purpose | Duration | When it is activated |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| zenit_consent_v1 | Zenit; first-party technical cookie | Stores version, date and categories of cookie choice | 182 days | After acceptance, rejection or saving of preferences |
| zenit_locale_v1 | Zenit; first-party technical cookie | Remember your chosen language and market | 365 days | Only when a language suggestion is accepted; today the site only enables Italian |
| zenit_locale_hint_v1 | Zenit; first-party technical cookie | Remember the closing of the language tip | 365 days | Only at the end of the suggestion, when available |
| zenit:roi-handoff | Zenit; sessionStorage | Pass a summary of the ROI estimate to the demo form: scenario, vehicles, range, interest, interval and version | Card session; it is removed when consumed | After using the ROI calculator |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare; third party technical data | Evaluate IP, TLS fingerprint, user agent, sitekey and origin to thwart automated submissions | Temporary token, valid for the time necessary for verification; any additional tools depend on your Cloudflare configuration | On pages with forms, to verify that the submission comes from a person |
| _ga | Google Analytics 4; analytics cookies | Distinguishes browsers to produce browsing statistics | Up to 400 days observed in Chromium test | Only in production, on the authorised host and after analytics consent |
| _ga_9ZT772CG7E | Google Analytics 4; proprietary analytics cookies | Maintains session state for the site's Analytics property | Up to 400 days, unless a shorter duration is configured in the property | Only after consent to analytics |
4. Unused tools
The site does not load Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixels, remote Google fonts, maps, embedded videos, social logins or advertising cookies. Form protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile; no other CAPTCHAs are used.
5. Google Analytics 4
When you accept analytics, the site loads the script from www.googletagmanager.com and sends navigation-related events to Google Analytics. Before choosing, all Google categories remain deactivated; after consent only analytical measurement is enabled. The fields filled in the forms are not sent to GA4 and we do not use this data for personalised advertising.
6. Choice, refusal and revocation
On your first visit, you can reject or accept analytics using equally prominent actions, or open the detailed settings. Optional categories are not pre-selected; scrolling does not constitute consent. Pressing Escape on the first-layer banner records a rejection.
You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer at any time and change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not limit essential functions. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; you can use your browser controls to delete analytics cookies already stored.
7. Manage cookies from your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The general blocking of technical tools can prevent the site from remembering preferences or correctly sending a form.
8. Data controller, rights and updates
the data controller is ORBITA S.R.L., Piazza San Pasquale 48, Palazzo Acquaviva, 80121 Naples (NA), VAT number IT10831001218. For information, send a certified email (PEC) to orbitaholding@pec.it or write to the registered-office address. For data, purposes, transfers and rights, consult the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Rights page.
We will update the inventory when tools or their configuration change. A change that expands the optional tools requires a new choice. Last updated: August 18, 2026.
